Dale Kessler grew up around glass. His father was a glazier, and while Dale never talks about it as some romantic inheritance, the truth is the trade got into his hands early. He’s a second-generation glazier who learned the trade from the ground up – not from a franchise manual, but from years of holding a level against openings that weren’t true and making them right. When TruePane split off from its original general contracting roots in 2008, Dale was the one who kept a level in his truck door and a rule on the whiteboard: if the pane is not true, the job is not done. That rule still governs every estimate, every install, and every follow-up call we make. What separates Dale from a corporate technician is that he’s never stopped doing the work himself. He still walks job sites. He still reads the manufacturer spec sheets. He still calls homeowners back when something doesn’t sit right.
